Tajweed (Rules + Practical Recitation)
Who it’s for: Learners who already read the Quran but wish to improve their pronunciation and follow the rules of Tajweed.
What you’ll learn:
- Points of articulation (makharij) for each letter.
- Characteristics (sifaat) such as heaviness, lightness and other qualities.
- Rules of elongation (madd), merging (idgham) and nasalisation (ghunnah).
- Proper pauses and stops (waqf).
- Practical application through guided recitation of surahs.
Class format: Personalised one‑to‑one sessions held Monday–Friday. Classes are 30–45 minutes depending on student needs. Teachers use live demonstration and repetition to help you internalise each rule.
Level plan:
- Beginner: Introduce main Tajweed rules with simple examples.
- Intermediate: Apply rules throughout short surahs and daily prayers.
- Advanced: Read longer chapters and refine melody and precision.
Expected outcome: You will recite the Quran with confidence, clarity and reverence. Your recitation will meet the standard of traditional Tajweed, allowing you to lead prayers or simply enjoy reading beautifully.
