How do I book the free trial?
Fill out the Free Trial Booking Form on our website and choose your preferred course, days and time. We’ll confirm your schedule and connect you with your teacher.
Do I need to provide payment details for the trial?
No. The one‑week trial is completely free and requires no payment information.
What happens after the trial ends?
After the trial, you decide whether to continue. If you choose to continue, you select a plan (2–5 days per week) and complete the subscription. There is no obligation.
Can I choose my class timings?
Yes. We accommodate your timezone and availability. Classes are held Monday–Friday, and you can request specific times.
Can I choose a male or female teacher?
Absolutely. Let us know your preference when booking, and we’ll match you with a suitable teacher.
Are the teachers qualified?
Yes. All teachers have expertise in Quranic studies and Tajweed, with many holding Ijazah. They receive ongoing training in online teaching.
Do you offer classes for adults and children?
Yes. Our programs are tailored for different age groups. Teachers adjust their methods and materials accordingly.
What language will the classes be in?
The primary languages are English, Urdu and Arabic. You can request instruction in your preferred language.
Do I need any special software?
You will need a device with internet access and Zoom or Skype installed. We provide guidance on how to set it up.
How do payments work?
Payments are billed monthly. We accept major credit/debit cards and online transfers. There are no long‑term contracts.
What if I miss a class?
Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will reschedule or provide a make‑up class.
Can siblings learn together?
Each student benefits from individual attention in one‑to‑one classes. Families enrolling multiple students receive a 20 % discount on the second subscription.
Do you provide progress reports?
Yes. Teachers prepare periodic reports outlining what has been covered and areas for improvement. Parents are encouraged to review these with their child.
Are there any weekend classes?
No. Our regular classes run Monday–Friday to allow students and teachers time for rest and family over the weekend.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel with one week’s notice before the next billing cycle. There are no penalties for cancelling.
I have never studied Arabic before. Can I still join?
Yes. We offer beginner courses such as Noorani Qaida and Arabic Language that assume no prior knowledge. Your teacher will guide you step by step.
